FOLDERS

Pocket folders are an elegant way to package your invitations and the (sometimes many) insert cards you need to include.  Here are some great places to buy pre-made pocket folders.  Some of these places also offer invitation kits…and all you have to do is assemble everything.  Not a bad option.

BOXES

Barnes Paper has a perfect box for invitations:  their jewelry box comes in two great sizes for invitations, and one perfect size for a small save the date card.  They come in Kraft brown (my favorite!), gold, silver, white, black & oatmeal (also great for invitations).

There are quite a few sizes on the site. To make your life easier, here’s a list of the more standard mailing & invitation sizes.

5×7 Invitation, Box Size 7 x 5-1/2 x 1

3.5×5 Invitation, Box Size 5-1/4 x 3-3/4 x 7/8

Some other good box sizes to fit a custom invitation would be:

5-1/4 x 3-3/4 x 7/8

6 x 5 x 1

8 x 5-1/2 x 1-1/4
